Hotel Booking

The Congress Office has booked some rooms in several hotels in the centre of Chamonix and close to the Majestic Congress Centre, at negociated rates.You can consult the list at the top of the Booking Form "MCMC Ski hotels". Please note that rooms are booked until December 5th. After this date, we can't guarantee availibilities in the following hotels.

 

Rates per person and per night, breakfast and taxes included :

HELIOPIC**** : Single Room 191,50€ OR Twin or Double Room 101,50€ /pers

 

ALPINA*** : Single Room 136€ OR Twin or Double Room 106€ /pers

 

PRIEURE*** : Single Room 136€ OR Twin or Double Room 106€ /pers

 

LOUVRE** : Single Room 85 € OR Twin or Double Room 64€ /pers

 

POINTE ISABELLE** : Single Room 81,90€ OR Twin or Double Room 59,90€ /pers

The deposit will be deduced from your Hotel bill and the balance will have to be paid directely to your Hotel. 

Transferts Geneva Airport to Chamonix

At your arrival in the Airport , follow the "swiss Exit". After the customs, the bus Driver (handling a sign "MCMC'Ski Chamonix") will be waiting for you at the Meeting Point in the arrival Hall. The bus Driver will arrive 10 minutes before the time of the meeting and will check each participant on his list.

If you miss the bus initially booked, you can get the next one. If you miss the last transfert, taking a taxi will be the only solution (about 250 Euros).

Cancellation policy

Registration fees and Hotel deposit : 

- Cancellation before November 20th : 100% refunded

- Cancellation between November 20th and December 6th : 50% refunded

- Cancellation after December 6th : no refund 

Transferts : 

- Cancellation before December 6th : 100% refunded

- Cancellation after December 6th : no refund 

 

The file fees (10€) can't be refunded 

Changes or cancellation should be notified by e-mail to the Congress Office.
